Backstory

DiLiso’s Fresh 2U Produce was our very first client, signed in 2012. Then operating as DiLiso’s Fine Foods, we designed and built their first-ever website to help them stand out in Toronto’s competitive wholesale produce market. Since then, the company has merged with another distributor and grown into one of the city’s most respected suppliers.

Opportunity

In the wake of COVID-19, the wholesale food industry faced significant disruption. As the market stabilized, owners John DiLiso and Elmer Garcia saw an opportunity to modernize their digital presence—reflecting their recent merger, reinforcing trust, and improving visibility among both new and returning food retailers.

Results

The redesign focused on elevating the brand and making it easier for customers to understand DiLiso’s value at a glance.

  • Clean, full-width design with updated, high-impact photography
  • Clearer messaging around niche markets and product offerings
  • SEO improvements to support local discovery and search visibility
  • Updated WordPress build for improved security and performance
  • More flexible, reliable hosting for both website and business email

The result is a more polished, informative website that better reflects the quality of DiLiso’s products and service—while positioning the brand for continued growth in a competitive market.

Looking forward

We continue to partner with DiLiso’s on ongoing improvements, with a focus on increasing visibility and supporting their growth within Toronto’s wholesale food scene.
